The To-Do List
Chapter 25
Addy was a list maker.
Preston was not.
At the first of each year, she would write down all the major events of her life, prioritize them and create steps as to how each would be achieved ~ successfully.”
This year her list went like this:
Finish last semester at Mary Baldwin and graduate with honors.
Plan wedding to Preston (She had chosen August, and outdoors. Her mother thought she was insane!)
Start new business using the Tomato Conserve as the first product.
Find a new home for she and Preston. Get it furnished and ready to move in by August.
She finished the list. Looked at it and thought. Well, that should keep me occupied!
Preston looked at it and his mind reeled.
“Addy, he said, “I know you and you will make it all happen. Show me how I can help.”
She smiled, flipped to a blank page and wrote:
To Do For Preston -
Be There!
Preston, smiled. He was going to marry the most unique young woman in the world. He knew how fortunate he was.
Filo Shells with Goat Cheese and Tomato Conserve
INGREDIENTS
2 packages of Then Mini Filo Shells
4 oz of Goat Cheese
2 oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp of Tomato Conserve per shell
Finely chopped fresh green onion for garnish
DIRECTIONS
In a mixer, combine goat cheese and cream cheese and whip to a smooth consistency. Fill a pipping bag fitted with a 2D Rose Tip. Pipe a small amount of the cheese mixture in each shell.
Top with 1/2 tsp of Tomato Conserve.
Garnish with green onion.
