Cranberry Sauce

 

with a new Southern twist…

Experience the vibrant fusion of tart cranberries, zesty orange zest, and a hint of Southern flair with Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly. This delightful Cranberry Sauce with a Southern Twist offers a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors, enhanced by a touch of optional orange liqueur for an extra layer of indulgence.

Ingredients:

  • 12-oz. bag cranberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ¾ c. sugar

  • 1 Tbsp. orange zest

  • Kosher salt

  • 1 tsp. Southern Conserve Meyer Lemon Blood Orange Pepper Jelly

  • 1–2 Tbsp. orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier; optional)

Preparation:

Place all ingredients except the Grand Marnier in a pot, bring to boil, let simmer for 10 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Add Grand Marnier, enjoy.
